According to one medical study, back problems are among the most costly for Health Systems; they are the second cause of specialist appointments and the third motive for all surgical operations. The reason behind this lies in the use of computers and the fact that current day workers spend much more time sitting down than previously.
What does ERGONOMICS do?
Ergonomics studies the influence of working conditions on productivity, reducing fatigue, stress and the sensation of discomfort.
For that reason, investing in the most suitable ergonomic chair, fully adapted to the anthropometric conditions of the user, is one major step to enjoying good health.
Before choosing an office chair, we should analyse the type of work the user does, the movements required by his or her job, the position of the back and head and the amount of the time that the user sits down at their post.
