DILE have started 2016 with a strong desire for improvement in critical areas like the receipt of goods by our customers.

Therefore, we have prepared the following mandatory standards, which will be implemented for the management of deliveries, with the goal of achieving excellence in our logistics operations.

1. ON RECEIPT:

ALWAYS read and agree proof of delivery of the goods with the agency.

2. REVIEW PACKAGING:

Indicate on the proof of delivery if the boxes are broken or damaged, and take a picture of the before opening to check the goods.

3. REVIEW MERCHANDISE:

The goods should be checked within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. The maximum period for the report of incidents to the carrier is 48 hours.

4. COMMUNICATION OF INCIDENTS:

In the event of a problem, you should record: 

• The number of delivery note,

• Indicate the model or reference or the affected chair,

• Briefly describe the problem.

• Send photo of the defective part.
